Turbine flow meter
The turbine flow meters in the VCT and FLT series are ideal for compact installation spaces and high process pressures. They feature a wetted temperature sensor, allowing simultaneous measurement of flow and temperature. The measuring range extends from 0.05 to 1200 liters per minute. Process connections are available in threaded or hose connection versions. A digital frequency signal with TTL level is generated as the output signal. When combined with a flow computer, measurement accuracy can be further improved, achieving a deviation of less than 0.1% of the measured value.

Impeller flow meter
Impeller flow meters are ideal for measuring low flow rates of water and other low-viscosity liquids. The NSF certification of the 800 series allows its use in the food and beverage industry. The measuring range extends from 0.05 to 30 liters per minute, with temperature tolerances up to 125°C or 60°C, depending on the model. The 900 and 1000 series are designed for process pressures up to 40 bar. Typical applications include dosing of cleaning concentrates in process technology and measuring FE and demineralized water.

Ultrasonic flow meter
Ultrasonic flow meters are characterized by their precision and flexibility. As they work without rotating parts, they are particularly suitable for high-purity media and applications where contamination is to be avoided. The measuring range is between 0.002 and 20 liters per minute. Our Metraflow model is a non-contact measuring system with a continuous PFA tube. Ultrasonic flow meters are ideally suited for FE water measurements in laboratory and measurement technology as well as dosing in the medical sector and can also measure demineralized water with high accuracy.

Oval gear meters are positive displacement flow meters, ideal for measuring water and other fluids. DDM Sensors offers various models to meet different application requirements. The measuring range for water varies from 0.01 to 500 liters per minute, depending on the model. Available connection options include BSP F and NPT F thread connections.
