Phase 2 – Electronics & Mechanical Engineering

Our team of engineers and designers transforms specifications into reality using state-of-the-art CAD software. The seamless integration of mechanical and electronic development enables us to provide complete, turn-key solutions from a single source.

Phase 3 – Prototyping & Testing

3D-printed prototypes are rigorously tested in in-house temperature chambers and test benches. Weld seam stability is verified through metallographic examination, ensuring long-term durability in demanding environments. To meet EU-wide CE certification requirements, each flow meter undergoes EMC testing.

Phase 4 – Production & Quality Assurance

Production takes place in an ESD-protected environment under ISO 9001-certified quality management. Each unit undergoes in-circuit testing (ICT) and functional assembly verification to ensure flawless performance. Optional helium leak testing is available for applications requiring the highest level of reliability.

How MID Flow Meters work

MID flow meters use the principle of electromagnetic induction for flow measurement:

  1. Magnetic Field Generation: Two coils generate a magnetic field perpendicular to the liquid flow.
  2. Induced Voltage: As conductive liquid flows through the field, a voltage is induced, proportional to flow velocity.
  3. Measurement & Signal Processing: Electrodes capture the voltage and convert it into a precise flow measurement.
