Turbine flow meter – viscosity compensated by the media exposed thermocouple.

Our turbine flow meters are highly accurate and extremely miniaturized. Thanks to an integrated media exposed thermocoupleDDM turbine meters are corrected for media viscosity changes. Typical process fluids are oil, gasoline, diesel or cooling water. The process media engages the rotor causing it to rotate at an angular velocity proportional to the fluid flow rate. Rotor speed is taken by an electrical pickoff and amplified to a high level TTL frequency output which is proportional to the current flow rate.

The development of the DDM turbines, was focused on miniaturization and high level electrical frequency output which is insensitive to interference as such significant on electric vehicles.
