Custom Sizes to Suit Your Needs

We understand that industries face new challenges daily, for which no standard solution exists. That’s why we offer customized miniature and micro pressure sensors with flexible sizing. We can manufacture sensors with a diameter starting from 8 mm, adjusting not only the diameter but also the length, interface, and cable routing to match your exact requirements.

Advantages of miniature pressure sensors from DDM Sensors

    • Customized solutions: We develop and manufacture sensors that are precisely tailored to your needs.
    • Precise and reliable measurements: Our sensors provide accurate measurement results with a standard accuracy of ≤ 1 % of the measuring range, optionally even ≤ 0.25 % of the measuring range.
    • Long-term stability: Our sensors are known for their excellent long-term stability.

Applications of Miniature Pressure Sensors

Our miniature pressure sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications:

  • Mobile applications: Whether in vehicles, military equipment, or aircraft, our sensors provide reliable pressure measurements even in confined spaces.
  • Mechanical engineering: Many machines require pressure sensors that fit into compact installation spaces.
  • Other applications: Filling systems, vacuum technology, cooling systems, and many more benefit from precise measurements close to the process.

Our sensors are certified and offer protection ratings up to IP67. They can operate within a broad temperature range and are corrosion-resistant. For detailed measurement ranges and supported media, please refer to the respective product datasheets.

Precision and Long-Term Stability

Our pressure sensors offer high-resolution measurements with a standard error of < +/-0.05% FS and a total error band of < +/-0.25% FS over the entire operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. For custom versions, we can calibrate sensors precisely to your measurement points for even greater accuracy.

Easy Integration into Your Existing Application

Our miniature pressure sensors are available with various output signals:

  • 0.5 to 4.5 V
  • 0 to 5 V
  • 1 to 6 V
  • 4 to 20 mA
  • Digital interfaces (e.g., CAN)

This allows for seamless integration into your existing systems.

Low Maintenance

DDM Sensors miniature pressure sensors are highly low-maintenance due to their high-quality materials and seal-free welding of the measuring cells. Each sensor undergoes a helium leak test after welding, ensuring protection against environmental influences and stable measurement values. This leak testing minimizes the risk of leakage and failure, reducing maintenance costs and downtime. Additionally, the robust stainless-steel construction ensures resistance to vibrations and corrosion.
