The PMP 317 pressure sensor is no longer in production.
To provide our customers with a reliable alternative, we recommend the PV-22 pressure sensor as a replacement. The PV-22 is a pressure sensor with an excellent reputation and has been used in road testing by almost all German automobile manufacturers for well over 10 years. With an operating temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C, high vibration resistance, and EMC stability, it delivers reliable measurements even under extreme environmental conditions.

The Superior Option to the Obsolete PMP 317
The PV-22 is 100% compatible with the PMP 317 (form, fit, and function compatible) and offers additional advantages:
- Higher Accuracy: Standard ≤ 1% of full scale, optionally even ≤ 0.25% of full scale.
- TEDS Integration: Thanks to the integrated parameter memory in the PV22 TEDS, connected measuring modules can be automatically parameterized.
- Hydrogen Measurement: Specifically suitable for hydrogen applications, e.g., in fuel cells. A manufacturer’s declaration for the use of DDM pressure sensors PV22H2 in hydrogen applications is available.
- Extended Measurement Range: Relative pressure from 100 mbar to 150 bar and absolute pressure from 2 bar to 150 bar.
- Brake Pressure Measurement: The PV-15B variant was specifically developed for measurements in brake hydraulics. It has a measurement range up to 200 bar and a burst limit of 400 bar.
- Excellent Long-Term Stability: ≤ 0.1% of full scale per year (typical), ideal for long-term testing on endurance runners.
