pressure transmitter – PX25H

The pressure transmitter PX25H is equipped with a piezoresistive measuring element and an integrated temperature sensor. The measuring element is protected by a process membrane made of stainless steel 1.4435 and is hermetically welded to a pressure connection made of stainless steel 1.4404 without the need for seals. Media compatible with these stainless steels can be measured reliably and consistently over long periods. Extensive aging processes ensure excellent long-term stability of ≤0.1%. Linearization and compensation over the temperature range from -20°C to +80°C are managed by an integrated microprocessor. The highest accuracy is +/-0.02%, and the total error, including temperature effects, is +/-0.25%. The analog signal path allows for fast measurements with high resolution. The response time is 0.5 ms, making it suitable for capturing dynamic pressure variations, such as hydraulic pressure measurements in rolling mills. The PX25H pressure transmitter can be used in a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. Its IP65 protection rating and the specified temperature range enable reliable operation in machines and systems exposed to high ambient temperatures or outdoor environments, such as natural gas storage facilities. The 4 to 20 mA output signal is ideal for applications requiring transmission over long distances. The 4 to 20 mA two-wire technology is particularly secure for transmission and resistant to interference.
