Electronics development and construction
In the course of the development phase, your product comes to life. Our well-coordinated team of engineers and designers consistently implements the specifications from the product concept and design by using the newest CAE software. The short distances and the interdisciplinary know-how at DDM make this process as effective as possible. Thanks to the integration of mechanical and electronic development, you are offered a successful overall solution from a competent source. Whether circuit development, circuit board layout or microcontroller programming, our team develops the electronic intelligence to promote your product innovation.
Our 3D printing prototype construction makes your product idea understandable and tangible. Our in-house temperature test chambers and test benches are used for the qualification of functional prototypes. The strength of welds is examined metallographically and then validated on our own burst test bench. The EMC tests are carried out in external test laboratories and accompanied by us, so that there are no obstacles to the CE marking.
Fabrication and installation
The production process is carried out in a fully equipped ESD environment with distinctive quality management according to the standard ISO 9001. Our circuit boards are automatically inspected optically (AOI) and subjected to an assembly functional test and circuit testing (ICT). The metallic components are welded with our 4-axis CNC laser and, if needed, they are subjected to a helium leak test.
